Went today to take my son and by first glance I knew it would be a long wait. Then the receptionist gave me forms to fill out. As soon as I was done that's when things went left. I asked how long the wait was gonna be she never said how long she just said after the patients on the shelf then he will be ready for his cleaning. OK... That's not helping me. And he's already had a cleaning a few months ago and she goes oh well that's what his appt today is for. And I said no he's supposed to be seen about his cavities. And she asked another office lady if the insurance would pay for another cleaning she came back and said No. And that there is no appts for fillings till August well my child needs to be seen now not way in August. She told me I had to get the records from the dentist he doesn't go to anymore so they can see his xrays. And I was like for what you don't have any openings till August which is ridiculous. My thing is I know mediciad and peachcare for kids is big business for y'all and you overbook 100 kids in a few time slots so then can wait an hour to be seen. But what about the ones who pay for their insurance they are a back burner to those who this dentist can get more profit out of. And treat them like a cattle line. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist where you can get your teeth fixed and not wait four months because that's not important to them. Money from the government is.

This place is horrible , they are never on time for your appointment, you wait at least an hour after you scheduled time. The bathrooms are filthy and stink with the stinch of urine. The waiting area is like a madhouse and the front desk staff acts like it is a personal inconvience to do their jobs. Will be finding my child another denist office.  My child has been going here all his life, sad it has gone so rapidly down hill. Will advise everyone to keep their child away from this place. I had to put at least one star in order to post ... they dont deserve it.

Why do they pile people on the scheduler and when you arrive for your appointment 15 mins prior you still have to wait over an hour to be seen. The receptionists are loudly talking about personal issues. Just so unprofessional. And don't go to the store next door, they will say you're not here and reschedule you even when you have been waiting forever.

One day they open late almost two hrs late my app.was @7:30am made me late for work other then that they do a good job
