Not too shabby - they have a "real" menu and a 老外 menu. I've never ordered from the latter. Their hot pot is acceptable. Main concern is the totally hit-and-miss service. 哎呀。

Dishes are pretty good. But the waitress are helpful almost only when they calculate the tips for you

I don't usually write poor reviews for the restaurants since I understand how difficult it can be to satisfy everyone. But the experience we had yesterday was terrible and crossed line. We have waited more than an hour for the food to come. During the wait we went to talk to the owner she said the food is coming. The food came probably after ten minutes and it tasted awful. I talked to the owner afterwards and the answer I got is that everyone waits for that long time and why we are the ones complaint. Ok I guess that is the norm in this restraunt and we are actually the ones didn't get the memo. So the rule of thumb,  if you want to eat there, prepare for it either wait forever for your food or eat garbage food.

I have never written a poor review of a restaurant before. I felt the need after my experience tonight. This was one of my favorite restaurants growing up. Tonight the service was awful. The egg drop soup smelled foul and had black spots in it, no drink refills and food quality was disappointing. The bathrooms were not clean with possible bugs.
