So this is a self storage facility. That means store at your own risk.Sara Alexander must not have the correct facility in mind. There is no Ralene here. We try our best to do what we can as new managers to keep up this place. No place is 100% protected and could never be. We do now have security, the fences have been fixed and we are working to improve the overall look. It can't happen overnight so please be patient with us.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The manager, I believe her name was Raelene, could not explain why my mother's bill was double what she actually owed. She started getting verbally nasty with me. When I told her that it's bad customer service not to understand your own ledger she started taunting me about my mother's mental illness. She really needs customer service training. I have worked as an administrative professional for years and have never encountered such nastiness before. Not only that but my mother's storage unit was broken into and all the valuables were stolen. They acted as if it was my mother's fault...this is a horrible storage company.  Please trust me. I wish there were zero star options.

No security here. New people only open and close gate that's it... worse than before. Lots of locals come shopping here
