My experience only comes from the service department only. Sales and etc...will not be  mentioned in my review. They are the cheapest in town when it comes to oil change. I don't own a Honda, but I still go there for an oil change. They are the only company that is using ONLY synthetic oil and nothing else. Service is fabulous, the car is given back moments after you drop it off. They are remodeling the place parking is a little crazy. Everywhere else the price is $70-$80 at Honda it's $49.99 for synthetic oil. I recommend this place. 👍

As a first time car buyer i was intimidated walking in....but these guys made me feel at home! They went above and beyond to make sure i got the car i wanted. These guys here care about you. I was beyond appreiative to the sales team here. They found me a good deal even though im in a rut.

I purchased my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid here. It was an excellent buying expierence. They offered me discounts I didn’t know about and took over 5k off the price of the car.

More importantly, the mechanic Houa is very knowledgeable and has gone out of his way for me multiple times. Anything from diagnosing small sounds to performing a last minute oil change after closing so I can go on a long road trip. 

Thanks to Houa and everyone at Yuba City Honda! I will be coming back for more free Oil Changes and hopefully free car washes after renovations are complete. 😉

Purchased two vehicles from this location over the last couple years, and I've learned why most people go out of town to buy a Honda. The service department needs to be completely replaced with better staff. The whole team has no respect what so ever for anyone. And apparently the bumper to bumper warranty doesn't exist at this Honda. I recommend you go to Roseville or Maita Honda for all your purchases and repairs!!!

Brought in my old 2004 civic for recall, when I came to pick it up my car ignition wouldn't start... they said that they didn't even touch my car... didn't even fix my car.... had to tow it out of there.

Huge variety of cars to choose from. Excellent customer service although the service department doesn't complete jobs sometimes or don't give accurate times for completions.
