Going to these places is never fun, but at least they have done what they can to make your stay as short and pleasant as possible. The place is never crowded and it is always clean, even the bathrooms. They have a separate play area for young children. The seating is actually comfortable and there are even outlets on the walls you can plug in to. Add to that the fact that the people who work there are actually nice and trying to be helpful and many government facilities could learn a lot here.
