I ordered a wall oven. Once we attempted to install the unit, it was clear it came missing pieces and damaged. In addition the gas adaptor was not included. I was not informed that it would not be included when I purchased the unit. When I called the store they were initially helpful, but then told me I should have inspected the oven and not accepted it if it was damaged.  How am I supposed to know if there are missing pieces? Do I build ovens? It is nearly 3 weeks and I still ll do not have an oven to cook with. This is no way to work with clients.

One of the owners first spoke to us and we we're turned off, she was very knowledgeable and didn't hear us out. But after a while Joshua took over and guided us in the perfect way, understanding exactly what our needs were (funtionality and price). Still haven't made a purchase but if and when I do, more reviews will come up.

Recently, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Yudin's Appliances in Wyckoff.  My sales contact was Josh Jerris who's customer service skills are excellent.  I was referred to Yudin's by a friend after have serious issues dealing with Home Depot when attempting to purchase an LG Washer and Dryer.  (They botched the delivery because they never scheduled the plumber to install the gas line and we had to cancel the entire order).  Once I went to Yudin's - my problems were solved.  They had the EXACT SAME models for $950 less than what Home Depot was charging.  In addition, the delivery and installation was seamless.  They were extremely professional and efficient and very nice to deal with.  Josh's communication with me through the entire process was flawless.  My husband and I were thrilled with the service at Yudin's and we love our new washer and dryer.  I will never to go Home Depot again for appliances.  Highly, highly recommend Yudin's!!!

Wanted to shop Local in the town we live in
Unfortunately we walked out....
2 customers in the store at least 3 sales people
No greeting as we entered 
Even pet value greets and acknowledges when you walk in the door stood there at least 10 minutes....was totally ignored!
Disgusted...walked out
Lowes made a BIG sale today

I recently purchased a electrolux  washer and dryer from Yudins with my salesman, Josh Jerris.  I have to say the purchase was easy from the first moment I contacted the store.  The phone was answered by a very professional speaking lady.  I had a few questions and she advised me to speak with Josh.  I talked with Josh to ask a few questions and then arranged to visit the store.  My husband and I went that afternoon.  The service was great. Josh knows his products and it was an easy and pleasant experience.  Delivery went smoothly, the installer that  Yudins works with was great.  They were careful upon entering my home and placed both washer and dryer in the laundry without any damage or issues.  I would certainly recommend working with this fine establishment as they have their business running smoothly from the moment you enter through the doors to final delivery and installation.  It is a pleasure to work with professionals who know what they are dong and care.  Yudin's you are better than 5 stars.
