Food and service was good. On paying cashier asked if we would like to make a donation to the AZ Sparkles. We declined and even then the cashier was suggesting he donate $2. I'm sorry but we do not go out to be pestered for money. Just lost yourself a customer

I had a very unpleasant experience today. It was the first time my husband and I have dined since they opened. I require a table due to disability. We were given a table but they were so close together, the patron at the next table bumped me every time he moved and I did not have the room to move any closer to our table. I had air blowing down my right side and was very uncomfortable. I was wearing a long sleeved blouse and really needed a sweater or a coat. Sine I was too uncomfortable I requested a to-go box to take my lunch home to eat. But I made a trip to the restroom and when I returned, they had taken my lunch and disposed of it. My husband was sitting outside and did not realize I did not have my lunch. All in all a lousy experience. Please change the air setting so people can enjoy a meal.

I have never gone out of my way to make a poor review on anyone. Some things just need to be done.....  My husband and I walked in and after about 2 minutes a woman softly greeted us, she actually greeted the floor because she never once lifted her head to speak above a whisper. she wandered back and forth for a few times with a confused look on her face.  My husband stopped her and said there were 2 of us and we would like a booth. She sat us down at the nearest booth, then  scurried away without a word. I stepped away to wash my hands and when I got back there were no menus or drinks. My husband said no one had even acknowledged him sitting there.  So finally a nice girl, desperately in need of a mirror,  took our order. She seemed to ask all the right questions, but when our food came it was a disaster. Husband's steak was dry and overcook, pretty easy to do when you[ve ordered something RARE. She forgot to bring his dinner roll and salad, so we were handed those as we were finishing at the table.  My meal was pretty good, I ordered a taco salad. It was huge, more than I could eat in one sitting for sure. the only complaint I had about it was that i felt the ground beef should have been seasoned with something more than salt and pepper. Same lost girl took our money and we pushed our way through the herd of people waiting to be helped too.  coming , going , who knows.  Those people need to get much better prepared before the snow birds show up!!!! We will never return

Cute place, staff was friendly. However, coffee was cold, offered a new hot cup wait staff took forever to came back. He asked if I wanted something to drink! Yes my hot cup of coffee! I also asked for creamer and for a spoon... Never got it. I waited 5 min. And just got up and took some from the station. Food took forever and there was only maybe 9 people in his area.  We were never given our refills. Over all NOT GOOD.

Was very impressed.  The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Extreme  portions for the price!! GREAT tasting food. Definitely recommend and will definitely come back.
