Though not too large, you are able to walk around it within a good amount of time. There are many different types of stores that can interest you if you come by. Ranging from food with wings and sushi to as far as Pop Culture clothes and candles. Hot Topic, Wing Shack, Bath & Body Works, and others are just a quick name of places you can check out. Very worth going to and if the day has really great whether you will enjoy a good walk. Also around the area you have other stores like Best Buy if you're inclined to shop around or even Target for other necessities at the house.

Pretty and nice for walks, good movie choices, and choices in department stores. Smaller stores are more youth oriented. The variety of stores is marginal. There are a variety of restaurants in the outskirts both fast food and dining. In the summer, they use misters to keep it cooler, but I still wonder why an outdoor mall design was chosen, given Yuma's temperatures in the summer. At Christmas, it is nice to have the outdoor music playing carols and seasonal songs.

Great place to shop in the winter months with everything you could want. The stores are spread out over a large area at this outdoor masll so take a car. Summer months are too hot to walk around outside.

It's pretty much the jewel of Yuma in terms of shopping and dining options, however there's nothing original or local here. It's all national brands and big box stores. It still offers a nice "downtown" feel with its outdoor mall, though it tends to attract mostly loud and obnoxious teenagers on skateboards and bikes. There's plenty of parking, though during the Christmas season, it still fills up to capacity, leaving you to fend for yourself like hyenas on a wildebeest carcass. This place would be awesome if it had more local options instead of franchise stores. But then outdoor shopping centers like this are meant to appeal to those who want familiarity and predictability.

Decent mall and design, if the weather was such that one could really enjoy it, like San Diego. There are plenty of shops to visit however you have to drive or be prepared to walk a distance in the high temperatures. It is all out-doors. The sun spends the winter in Yuma! According to the Farmers Almanac, Yuma is the sunniest place in the U.S. Temperatures reach up 118 degrees. An indoor mall would have been more appropriate.
