I had a very bad experience at Yummy Cakes by Kay
I ordered 144 cookies for my grand opening.  I gave her 3 weeks notice before I needed them.  When I went to pick them up I was so disappointed in the cookies she made for me.   I refused to take 1/2 the order I wanted two different cookies both dresses. One of the style cookie did not even look like a dress. The other one was smaller then a business card and looked like a beginner decorated it.  I paid $3.00 a cookie.  When talking with Kay about how unhappy I was she had many excuses and was not very professional.  She did refund me $120. But that did not even cover the 1/2 I refused. I would of refused the whole order but needed them and had no time to get something else.  But I will say Miss Pissy's cookies are twice the size and only cost $17 a dozen

Yummy Cakes by Kay has done an excellent job on cupcakes and cookies for two of my parties.  I showed them photos and they were able to make them look even better than the photos!  Excellent flavors and talented art work, in addition to the friendly staff!
