Love this place! The price is always right and the food is fantastic. I love getting the Tom Kah soup here it’s one of the few places that serves it with tofu and I’m obsessed. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious and it’s quite an experience to order it and to water it down & sweeten it to your liking. They do serve boba tea here and my favorite is the taro flavor. The wonton soup isn’t something I normally get but when I do I always get it from this place. The Thai wing appetizer is delicious. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sweet & spicy sauce compliments it very well. The salt and pepper tofu is addicting and makes a great snack! The pot stickers are a nice size and you get 6 of them with a tasty savory sauce. The imperial crispy shrimp rolls are delicious with the special pineapple sauce and it’s really interesting. Tangy and sweet.
The food is delicious. I want to go back one more time and eat this food. The lady owner is friendly and kind. So good.
We eat a lot of Vietnamese. I lived in the Vietnamese part of Midtown for many years and have eaten all kinds of Vietnamese around the states. First time eating here on Friday. We did delivery. The good: fried rolls and dumplings pretty good. The spring rolls were average, but the peanut sauce was delicious. The cheese puffs were inedible. They were chewy like cow hide. Not sure how that's possible. The pork vermicelli bowls were not remarkable. The fish sauce was pretty good though. Overall, we'll keep looking for something else in this area. Maybe we'll try their pho this winter. Also, the sauces were miniscule photos attached.
The Vietnamese spring roll itself is delicious. The fish sauce tastes like sugar water, but they have some good stuff in the back if u ask for it. and the pickled carrot on the plate have a slight rancid taste and smell, A little past pickled. The carrots on the Bahn mi also smelled rancid, so I had to pull them off. The seasoning on the meat is good. I had the pork Bahn mi. Amazing customer service. Not a bad Vietnamese place that caters to white ppl tastes.
This meal was wonderful! I had the spring rolls and green curry. Great atmosphere and the service was great too.
This was our first visit carry-out and we were quite pleased with everything. The wait time for a soup and salad was a little lengthy almost an hour but the quality certainly offered an explanation. The lotus salad was beyond amazing! It was fresh and the pork was cooked well and the flavors and ingredients were crisp and delicious. The Tom yum soup was decent, I could have done with more spice for sure. We were up charged for the added shrimp but had no chicken like we ordered-the shrimp were sparse to say the least, as were the signature straw mushrooms. The traditional Vietnamese egg rolls were cooked tremendously and the accompanying sauce was perfection but 4 tiny egg rolls for the almost $7 price was a small disappointment. Overall pretty pleased and we are looking forward to a dine-in experience next time.
This restaurant sells great Thai food. The red curry was especially delicious.
I never leave bad reviews, ever.. but I just could not let this one go. Truly one star if that. 6 of us there with only 2 other tables took 35 min to get Boba tea and a diet coke that had no syrup, for the kids and at least 15 min for water. There was only one waitress who seemed overwhelmed and was unfriendly as well. The overall cleanliness was HORRIBLE. Old dirty plates all over the restaurant, floor did not look clean and there are bubbling ceiling tiles that look like they would collapse at any minute. The restroom had little roaches all over the place. Disgusting. The food was under par and the kids chicken was almost jerky. I understand that everyone has bad days and can get busy. But there was 0 communication about wait times and no need to be rude when asking about them. Will not be returning at all.
The food was good but since I’ve been coming here, the prices have gone up, which can be expected, but now they hardly put any meat in their meals. The sandwiches hardly had any meat either and now they added more sauce to it. This use to be my go to place but today will be my last visit. The waitress also got our order wrong but it wasn’t off enough to send it back.
I’m not sure if something changed? The Pho was too sweet this last time and the fried rice was completely different than the last time we were here. Seemed like the recipe or the chef changed which makes me sad because this was my favorite Pho place in the area!
