How can someone bought 3 different meal and all of them makes u want to throw up. The food have no flavor I mean none at all u need to shut that place down

THE FOOD IS JUST NASTY! ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THEIR SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI EVERYTHING ELSE DISGUSTING. SALTY CHICKEN THE FOOD TASE OLD THE YOUNG LADY SHE JUST RUDE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE SHE HAS NO MANNERS. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS IT USE TO BE GOOD BACK IN 2014 THEN THE NEW PEOPLE CAME AND IT JUST BEEN HORRIBLE EVER SINCE. NEW NAME SHOULD BE “NASTY NASTY!”

I got Chicken and Broccoli and the food was delish. I love Chinese food, and I am very picky when it comes to Chinese food and this was good. Everything was hot and cooked to order. They actually know what crunchy broccoli means. Will be back.

Food used to be excellent but now it’s okay. They’ve fell off and to make matters worse their customer service is poorest I have ever encountered. Their delivery drivers are aggressive and rude. When the food is outside, they will call yelling instead of being polite. They don’t want to come out of their car so you have to walk to them but then they want a tip. I’ve ordered from them 5 times in 6 years and everytime they are nasty and rude. I went to the store to put in a complaint but the staff behind the counter doesn’t care. Yes it’s convenient but not to be disrespected. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN ‼

Yesterday I ordered broccoli and brown sauce w/ steamed rice I ask for my broccoli to be soft instead they waited until I got there and took my money and then mixed the broccoli in the brown sauce I was Craving this badly due to pregnancy  we all know if you don’t cook broccoli thoroughly it will taste like you just pulled it out the dirt it was very inconsiderate and I won’t order from them when it comes to my broccoli and brown sauce BUT I CAN GOVE THEM THIS THEY CHICKEN IS DAMN GOOD

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever order from, they took almost an hour for two Oders when I finally got my Oder it was the wrong Oder. then the lady suggested that I pay more for what I ordered because of price differences when she got the order wrong in the first place. you think she would accommodate me for her lack of service but apparently not to mention the shrimp and broccoli had barley sauce in it and then again suggest that I pay more for the sauce after I asked why there isn’t any in the damm plate after her inconvenience and lack of service the food was horrible and disgusting I will never Oder from here again it’s slow and dirty in there please save y’all money.

Driver was extremely rude and parked across the street was yelling and cursing out of the car. Then pulled off because I didn't want to come out my door at 11pm with pjs on.Called the manager and he says the guy had a bad experience before but if that's the case he shouldn't be delivering. Everyone is not the same and it's weird that's not my first time getting food from them. Worst customer service ever never experienced nothing like this before. Will never order from them again .

Normally my family and I order from this place all the time.  However, today I ordered online at 2:00pm and I just got my food at 3:33pm.  I was told the driver had left 10 mins. ago at around 2:50pm.  When he did show, he had kids in the back seat, which leads me to believe that instead of dropping off my food, he went and picked up his kids from school first.    After complaining and calling for multiple updates on the whereabouts of my food, I was "compensated" with $2 off my next order.  Definitely not enough.

I'll never know what the food is like because they hard HORRIBLE customer service. They charged my card over the phone 4 times and then called me to say I was being declined after they took out over $200. When I told them that they had done so they asked me for cash. When I told them this was crazy she said why dont you just come here we're a business it's not going anywhere. *insanity*
