I am so upset. Got my nails done on Saturday for a special event that is really important to me that is tomorrow and that I am leaving town for. Sophia did a great job and I loved my nails and then on Sunday I noticed that the shellac was starting to come up on one of my nails. No biggie, put it back down with some clear coat and went about my day. Monday, another one starts to do it, did the same thing, again no biggie. Today one of then completely comes off, in almost one piece. I call Zba, speak to the owner and who proceeds to tell me that if I can't come in for their only appointment time for today, then there is nothing she can do for me to fix it. Customer Service does not stop once you walk out of the salon door and I will never go back there. I have also made sure to tell everyone I know, who gets regular manicures to never go there. This is ridiculous. I did not pay good money to have my nails done and have them not even last two days. I leave for my event tomorrow night and since they refuse to fix it, I am forced to either go elsewhere or remove the shellac, ruining the look I was going for.
