The Wife and I showed up at this business during regular Saturday business hours.   The door was locked with a sign posted that said to call his cell phone number.  I did, a couple of times,  and it immediately went to voicemail every time.  We hung around town for a couple of hours hoping to get a return call.  When that didn't happen, we heading back home.

My wife and myself went there and I was hesitate. But,  this guy knows what he's doing! We just bought a pair for my wife and she LOVES them! AND, with a couple insoles, (I think they are called )he made a pair of 2 year old work boots feel like they are better than new because they are already broke in!  For me. I Highly suggest if you have back pain from arthritis or knee pain from climbing in and out of semi trucks you should try these shoes /boots. I'm sold! My wife is a nurse and is on her feet all day. She won't take them off! (I might have a problem tonight when we go to bed. ) if you have back, knee or foot pain, GO SEE RON! he'll hook you up. If he ain't got it He'll get it!  Great experience. can't say enough good things about this man!

Everything about this store is amazing! The shoes are a little expensive (mine were around $200), but they are SO WORTH IT!! They really do help relieve/prevent foot, back, and leg pain and fatigue. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They will take as much time as it takes to make your shoes fit perfectly for you. You can even go in any time, as many times as you need, to have them adjusted if needed. I have had my first pair of z-coils for over four years (I am a nurse and am on my feet constantly), and they have held up great. This is actually one of VERY FEW places left these days that has EXCELLENT customer service!! I would highly recommend Piqua Z-Coil..and I do..to everyone who asks about my "funny looking" shoes!!

We spent $400.00 on a pair of Z-Coil boots 4 months ago.  They are falling apart, I took them in today and was told to "glue" them back together, nothing they would/could do.  LOUSY customer service;  I highly recommend NOT buying from Z-Coil in Piqua.  VERY dissatisfied.
