I have trained at a lot of places in my MMA career.  I'd been watching Z's fighters dominate events while I lived in Wyoming, so when I moved to Fort Collins I knew exactly where to go.  I've been training at Z's ever since and I have enjoyed a ton of success as both an amateur and professional fighter, and I've made some great friends along the way.

Z's a great coach and great friend.  If he's not teaching you every intricate detail of a technique, he's got you in stitches over some oddball comment that only he would make.
  
The training atmosphere is well suited to anyone who wants to learn how to fight or just wants to get in shape.  Z's gym is for everyone.  I highly recommend it.

This gym is one of the most pleasant workout environments in the Northern Colorado area. The members of this gym are extremely pleasant to train with and genuinely interested in helping one another progress to whatever level the individual training see's fit for themselves. There is a very family type feel inside and outside the gym with these people. The owner is one of the most dedicated and supportive coaches I have known to date. If you are looking for a place to get fit and feel like part of a team this is the place.

Z's is the best gym in Northern Colorado. I've been a member for years. Z is an amazing coach. Creative, helpful, and entertaining. It's impossible to describe the man but meet him and get to know him and you'll understand. Definitely the best place to go for BJJ and MMA. Fair prices and top notch coaching, what more could you want? Come in and try it out.

If you're looking for an MMA gym where you can train with some of the best the state has to offer, this is the place. The first time I stepped into this place, I fell in love. Brian "Z" is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu under Sylvio Behring and has available amazing boxing, Muy Tai and Judo coaches as well. Even if fighting in a ring isn't somthing for you, you can still train and lean with the best of them. It has changed my life. And if you don't believe that Z's Gym is one of the best, come in and take a look at all of the belts on our wall and spend the after noon sweating with us. We'd love to see your face!! I didn't just find a training gym, I found a family...
