My best friend and I eat here at least once or twice a month. We love it here! Our waitress always remembers us, our favorite order down to sodas and mozzarella sticks! We have a favorite booth as well. The food always tastes good, I've never had to return anything. They have a great selection. We are always treated well here, and I also have great childhood memories as well. My dad always threw a family birthday party for me when I was little! You should definitely support Zachary's as it is a wonderful business!
I was having a birthday party for my 8th years old girl, the group of people who work in the kids place in the back are very poor on the service. Racism, no smile, rude and the place is not clean. First and last time never come again. We paying and tipping like others but don’t get a fairly look and service. Don’t go there anyone have kids go to spares times much better No thanks for the staff.
I have been going to this location in Burlington for the last four years with nothing short of total satisfaction with the place but last night was pretty terrible. In addition to there being young kids there with having been given very little direction as to what their jobs were the food was terrible! I got the garlic knots with a ton of salt on them where you can see the salt on the rim of the plate. The pizza dough was doughy and pizza itself just a mess! I noticed there were at least four or so arcade machines out of order which just gave me the sense that their games aren't maintained regularly. From someone who works in a kitchen I would highly suggest training your kitchen manager and supervisors to do a better job . Good luck
Good place to bring young children for birthdays or family gatherings. Game machines have a tendency of taking your tokens and not giving you any tickets in return. Can loose a lot of money if your not careful. Staff is friendly tho and will help when the games try to take ur tokens. But still be wary they can only do so much. Wheelchair accessibility: Have handicapped access to the building and handicapped parking in the lot as well.

Our Boss held a company party today. Pizza and wings were very good. Place was very busy for a Wednesday at lunch time. Couple hiccups, but over all, they did a good job and we had a great time!
Staff was nice. The building was old school/nostalgic but the pizza which I hadn’t had since I was a kid was generic and bland. I honestly could get tastier pies at Domino’s or Pizza Hut.
Went here for my daughters friends birthday party. Immediately took me back to being a kid as soon as we walked in. She loved it there and wants her birthday there. Food was good as always and service was perfect.Food: 4/5
We love the simple and delish dishes here. The lasagna is so good with a side of cheese bread. Always a smiling face greeting me and a "thank you" has never been forgotten. Bring the fam and give the kiddos come quarters for the machines.Food: 5/5
What I got was good but They forgot my items I called for partial refund and was told I had to wait for owner. If they can charge my card, they can issue a refund any store in America can issue a refund at any time for missing items. So they have no excuse imagine a store charging your card wrong and saying sorry to issue refund you have to wait. No one would go to stores where they had to wait a day for mistakes to be. Corrected
