My friend and I went in there for sizing recently. Shan was super helpful! Not only could she tell from the first measurement what our sizes were, she patiently helped us browse through the entire store and custom catalog until we found styles that we loved, EVEN THOUGH she knew we weren't ready to buy yet. She never gave us attitude like at the other jewelry stores in the mall (don't go to Kay!). 

Zales has pretty large and various selections, whether you have a small budget or skin allergies or want a special design.

I love this place! Great selection, Great Staff, Great location. I've been shopping here for years and always get amazing service. When they don't have what I want, they find it , call me and have it there in store for me in a matter of days. I've shopped the competition, They're actually right next to a few other jewelry stores, but I always end up right back there.  Better prices. Better product. No games. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone for ALL of their Jewelry needs. They also speak a multitude of different languages and can help anyone!

My engagement ring loses stones CONSTANTLY! When I take it to get it repaired it takes waaaaay too long. Currently they have had my ring for a month and half and no one can tell me when it will be ready. Zales is hoping I give up on brining my ring in to get fixed and in the meantime treating me like dirt. It's definitely not worth the hassle. Buy your jewelry somewhere else!!!

Bought an inexpensive engagement ring today and was asking a lot of questions. A wonderful worker there named Shan Jiang (Associate #1064686) was very nice and patient with me. I just wanted to give credit to her work because she did a great job working with me. I can't wait to pick up the ring after it gets resized! Thank you for the great shopping experience and putting up with my numerous questions!
