I come here twice per year for my ring inspection and cleaning.  Of course, they typically try to get me to look around and sell me something, but that's their job.  

When shopping, they are very patient and helpful.  They seem to be able to take a hint when you want a few moments to look peacefully, but will come back to check on you.  

One time I witnessed the manager being rude to one of her employees.  The employee seemed newer, and was being treated a little poorly.  But that was only one time in the years I've been going there.

Sometimes, especially around Christmas, they hire temp employees from temp agencies.  These employees typically do the cleanings and inspections, call backs, and other non-sales jobs.  Check your jewelry carefully afterwards, these people aren't professionals and you could end up with a scratch in one of your pieces like I did.

This was the worst I purchased my husband's wedding band 2300 dollars really more though, three days after we got married he lost a Dimond so they sent it back for repair which takes a month, got it back and not even 4 months later he lost another Dimond, as we waited the second time store calls to let us know it will be longer cause they are tring to match the Dimond up finally we were wondering why it is taking now really 2 months to get the ring back,my husband calls guess what his wedding band they lost it, so at this point we wanted our money back now they say it will be 2 weeks to get that back REALLY after losing  2 Dimonds within 8 months and not even having the ring to wear but 5 out of the 8 months  and haven't even had the ring for a year we suffered through not only a big sentimental loss but no customer service support through any of zales or there chains oh ya one more topper we went to pick up our refund they had my husband sign a disclaimer that he could not talk bad about them that was customer service lol
