From 5 stars to 3. I loved this store but the employees really need to get their act together. They had my husbands ring for weeks and never called us to let us know. We called wondering what was taking so long, and the male employee told us they call us when it was in, but that he would look anyway. Well he looked and guess what, the ring was there and has been there for weeks. On top of all that when we got home and checked through all of our paperwork, they ended up giving us some other customers paperwork along with ours. So now we have to go back and return it. Again, the jewelry is nice but things definitely need improvement employee wise.
