This past summer, I was looking for a wedding ring and April was my jewelry consultant. She was so great to work with and found me the perfect ring to go with my engagement ring, but it was so far before my wedding that I was hesitant to buy it. I had gone to a different Zales over Black Friday weekend and the consultant there seemed busy and she was not very helpful trying to find the same ring I had found this summer, so she told me to call the Rehoboth store to see if it was still there (her most helpful advice to me). I called and luckily April answered the phone and knew exactly which ring I was talking about! Not only did April put it aside for me to pick up the following week as I lived two hours away, but she also honored the Black Friday sale on the ring that was implemented when I had called to inquire about the ring! I had such a great experience here that my fiancé also got his ring there when we picked up my wedding band. We will definitely be back to this location for all of our jewelry needs as all of the staff were so helpful and nice!!

Anna the store manager is an ABSOLUTE amazing person and life saver. My fiance bought my engagement ring here..  me being so excited when he proposed I put it on immediately. The first couple times I was able to get it off no problem. Then all of a sudden it was stuck and my finger was swollen. I went up to the store asking for help. Anna did everything she could and explained it might have to be cut and where I could go for free cutting. She also then ordered a replacement ring exactly the same one I have for no charge and express delivery. I then got the ring cut and brought it to her the next day. She said since the cut was so clean she is able to salvage the original to be sized since they have to cut it to add more gold anyways and we rush ordered it. She also put another protection plan on for me just because she an amazing human being. I'm so blessed and glad to have such an awesome and supportive staff be so helpful in my nervous wreck time of need. Plus the selection is stunning! All of my fine jewelry will be bought here from now on!!!!

Thank you so much for helping me make a dream come true! You will make my (hopefully) future fiancé extremely happy!!! Love you guys! The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find the perfect ring at an amazing price! Keep making dreams come true!!
