Story

At Zanies Comedy Night Club, we put on shows every week from Thursday to Saturday, and each show consists of three hilarious stand-up comedians. Every show offer three acts, so get ready to have one of your best nights out.

Offering a full service bar, everyone must be 21 to laugh and 21 to drink accompanied by a valid photo ID. Without a valid photo ID there will be no admittance. With free parking at the resort, all seating is first come first served. We suggest you arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to showtime for a better seat selection. With the best stand-up comedians in the country, this sister room of the legendary Zanies Comedy Club in Chicago has been making the Western suburbs laugh for nearly 25 years!

This is such a cool place. They bring in some of the best comedians! It's also a very unique place. It's a fun experience for everyone.

Zanies St. Charles: This place is too dated. They have not done anything to this place in 30 years! Dirty too. Spider webs everywhere. Duck taped seat cushions. Food is terrible it's all appetizers and they are tasteless. Just order beer here you cannot screw up beer, but you can screw up a drink. My apple martini was all Vodka tasted like a shot of Vodka. Three comedians two were kind of funny third just okay. This place needs to invest in a lot of new things: new carpet the old smelly carpet for starters has to go, new furniture, and get a chef your food is aweful...

Had a terrible experience due to the comic Jimmy Shubert's emotional issues. He had some funny stuff but his crowd interaction was an embarrassment for the Zanies name. If possible try to find an alternative night of entertainment. I believe Pheasant Run should also look into a different entertainment option for their property.

I love stand up! Came here with a large group for a friends birthday. The interior is intimate enough that you cant get a bad seat. Its very rustic and almost like you are in a barn. Its in a really cute location, within the hotel on "Bourbon Street." But everything closes so early here. FYI they only have drinks no food, and its a 2 item minimum. Drinks were okay watered down but okay- but they should've added more alcohol because you had to be drunk to think the headliner was funny. The host and the opening act were very good and super funny. I really enjoyed the host he interacted with the audience! The headliner on the other hand, it was not a good show for him. A table even walked out during his performance- unfortunate. Def looking forward to coming back sometime!
