Wanted to view a home listed by the realtor but my agent could not get them to pick up the phone, however they picked up the phone when I called and skeptically asked if I could buy a fixer-upper, when I assured them I could, he further doubted my abilities or my family. He said, "fine, have your realtor call." And when they did, he didn't pick up. We never got to see the house and were prepared to make a cash offer. We were going to drive five hours to see it. I would NOT recommend this realtor to anyone, Mike is an sexist ASS.

Got the job done, well most of it. I was the driving force for getting it to close. They. (Seller and agent) should pay me on the back for it. Beware of lying and implying. Take your risk and be ware. They did put the deal together. Unsure of how much out of pocket it's gonna cost me at this time. The feeling that I get is of cocealing some sort of wrongdoing. One lie is perhaps a mistake. After more than two. Well I am done. I will not give a good referral for this organization because of deceit.

Mike Jensen has handled our Island rental for several years and they have gone over and beyond in service.  I highly recommend Zapp Realty!  These are people with integrity.  Thanks for all you do!
