Be aware of their strict no liability policy.  they litterally ripped the antenna off my new truck and said it was NOT their fault because they have a sign above the door that says so!  It's not as if not every vehicle has an antenna from the factory. It was not aftermarket it came on the vehicle just like everybody else with a radio.

If you are going to use them go online and buy their half-price coupons and hope to heaven they don't screw up your vehicle like they did mine.

Quick. Friendly. And mostly quality. The kids loved him their the car wash because of all the bright colored lights.

. Employee was rude to the point of calling me an a-hole for blocking traffic for a second, which just seems unreal to me.  Will not be returning to this location due to terrible customer service.

Staff was very rude at the Mentor location on Mentor ave. After the "wash", my car still had soap on it, water all over it, and there was dirt still on the rear of my vehicle.  Also,  we found out this was not brushless upon pulling up to the bay, so we had to risk it because we couldn't get out of line. 

 Due to poor customer service and a poor quality wash, I will never go again, and I do not recommend them for washing your car. Outback just down the road is much better quality!

Great place to wash and detail your car. Very fast and quality service at a reasonable price.
