I LOVE Zara and shop here for jeans, tops, bags and more. I am giving this a good rating because the store is pretty organized and I always find what I need there. The people who work in the fitting room are helpful. 
The staff at the counter and on floor are not friendly, I do agree with many of the reviews I read.

 Bought my first  batch of clothing for my munchkin that is still in the oven. Some prices are high but very cute stuff.  Thanks

Maybe instead of the Asian lady with glasses (not sure if they are real or "fashion" glasses) complaining about the way that people were standing in line, maybe her lazy a** could get a second register going instead of back talking to customers that were patiently quietly waiting standing in line when out of no where for no reason she randomly decides to come up and be rude that a bunch of people asking basically we all need to be zero inches apart from another, and when we are asking where would she  like us to stand and how since there isn't space because the line is so long. Clearly she must of not been beginner level employee if she gets to just stand around and be a b*tch to customers about standing in a line and telling them that they need to stand differently...especially when she has a huge attitude about it. Instead apologize for the long wait, and help out. Hello!, the line would go down if you would of hopped onto another register.... Really bad customer service and management. Don't complain to the customers about them in line if you do not do ANYTHING to help reduce it. I won't be back to this Zara anytime soon.

Terrible customer service, extremely disappointed. The lady in the fitting room does not take the clothes I didn't want, she tell me to put on the hanger and put the clothes back to the rack. Isn't their job? The cashier was suspecting that I change the price tag on the clothes which I didn't. Interesting!

Love their clothes, however, I've had a terrible experience with their customer service. I bought a bag here that ruined my expensive wallet.. I asked before buying it if there were ever any issues with their bags staining real leather wallets.  The associate I spoke with said no are bags are faux not real suede so they won't rub off on your wallet.  Unfortunately, I found out the hard way when the $40
Bag ruined my $300 wallet.  When I went in the store to try and return the bag due to this I was turned away and told I had to call their main customer service line.  I did the very next day....3 months later the issue still hasn't been resolved and every time I call I get blown off and told that someone will be reaching out to me.  It's bad enough this bag ruined my pricey wallet let alone I can't even get my $40
Refund for this cheap bag.  Typically I don't write reviews but I'm so unimpressed by the way Zara hasn't rectified the situation that I had to leave a review based on their customer service or Should I say lack there of.
