A lot of small things add up to be a very successful home renovation. The Zawada team has helped me with 2 stages of my project a home face-lift including a new front timber frame porch with beautiful tong and groove lofted ceiling and a full metal roof on my entire home & garage. Their attention to detail coupled with how fast and professional the project was put together makes them high on my list of recommended contractors.

My experience with Zawada Enterprises began with a call to Karen requesting information. That was followed by a visit from Mike who drew up plans for my project. Shortly after that Mike invited my wife and I to his property to look at a building similar to the one I was interested in putting up. Once we agreed I met Zack and Tony. Mike was the point person on the project. Over the next several weeks I realized that Zawada Enterprises was no ordinary builder. Mike is a very creative talented young man with knowledge beyond his years. He visited the job site daily and always made sure things were done correctly. At one point when the crew was a man short, he put on his apron and did some work himself which was very impressive. My experience with Mike and his family was a very good one. The initial building went up quickly and easily.  The attention to detail was always paramount. Over the next few weeks after my initial building was completed Mike helped me complete two other projects very successfully. I was always impressed with the quality of materials and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Being in business is hard, but with people like the Zawada's you always get your monies worth, and a big smile from Mike. I would highly recommend this great company. God Bless the ZAWADA'S.

Requested 30 x 50 building placed on site at our distribution center. Craftsmanship and Customer service was excellent! We are very pleased with our experience with Zack and his team and recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work and thank you.
