Food was good but waited in drive thru for 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to work my order was not correct. This was the 3rd visit I had asked for extra Zaxbys sauce. This time not only did I not get my extra sauce but didn't get any at all. Was always charged extra for the extra sauce I never got.

Moving my review from five stars to three stars. The past two times I have been to this location I have not been impressed. I ordered the chicken fingers plate, and my chicken was soggy as was the toast. My fiancée had a salad and she said it wasn't normal either. I am normally a fan of Zaxby's but I was disappointed by this location. Will adjust review if I try it again and it is better.

I have been a regular customer to this Zaxby’s location for years. It has slowly become worse over the years. I was willing to put up with a few small things until tonight. My Fiancé and I ordered a Nibbler Meal and Kickin Chicken Sandwich meal. I got all the way home and opened my kickin chicken sandwich box and it literally had 7 fries in it. I counted them out. I couldn’t believe what I had just been given. I called and the manager said she would replace it. When I returned to get it replaced the manager wouldn’t come out from the kitchen and proceeded to make someone else take care of having my meal replaced. She didn’t come to offer me an apology and has no sense of customer service. The attitude that was given was that this was my fault because I made a big deal about only having seven fries. I have spent hundrededs on dollars at this location and I will probably never return. I will make the drive to Southaven or HornLake from now on.

Everytime I swing through this zaxbys- they forget something or get my order wrong or it's not fresh. Once my meat was missing from my salad.
