This is my fave Zaxbys in Valdosta! The staff, cleanliness of the restaurant & their food are all awesome!

So friendly! They offered my husband And I military discount without us asking. The food was 100! Great southern experience for coming from up north. Well be back again for many reasons!

Besides the drive through getting crowded at peak hours, this place is very quick with getting orders out. Never had a bad experience.

My girlfriend just got me some food from up here. She asked them for garlic Parmesan sauce on my tenders and they told her they don’t have the sauce. So my girl says okay will do you guys still have the garlic Parmesan sandwich and in the background she heard a girl with a snappy attitude saying “Well if we don’t have the sauce then we don’t have the sandwich duh.” How rude and unprofessional that will make me not even want to get anything else from zaxbys. Customer service is the most important thing for any business and I feel like something needs to be done about this because you will be losing my business and other people’s business because of your rude employees.

Better check your order before you leave. Drive thru is miserably slow and then you get food that's dry and seems to have been under a warmer for a while. Short male manager is rude and argued with me over what I ordered. He refused to fix the order and said I was lying.
