We were in town over Memorial Weekend stopping through while headed to Zion’s. We needed a quick bite to eat, and Zaxby’s opened their doors right as we walked up! Their service was speedy, despite us being the very first customers right at opening time. The bathrooms were clean, and I really liked how you just had to wave your hand above the sensor to flush the toilet (ah, the simple joys). Chicken Caesar salad was delicious, and very large. Definitely feel like I got what I paid for.

Good food, good prices. Their soda machine was just about out of everything, had to ask for kids because they were running low on supplies throughout he restaurant. They need more workers. The poor girl was trying to work both the window and the dinning room. Once in a while the manager would give her a hand, but she really needed more help. She did good and I hope they pay her more than they do the manager

I can't tell you why Zaxbys is so good, but they are. Between their high quality chicken, well season fries, and sauce selection--it is hard to choose what I like best. I wish we had one down south.

The service here was great! The food was ready quickly and was fresh. They have the sweet soda machines with all sorts of different flavors like cherry dr pepper or vanilla root beer. It seems they always have the outdoor channel on the tv and play country music always so be away of that if you're not all about that redneck life

Customer service is terrible. Lady on drive thru was talking back and rude. I will not be back and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know.
