The food is good, I'm just not a big fan of zabys but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the customer service or how the meals or prepped!

I Enjoy eating here its one of the best Chicken places Ever. Believe me they have competition. You have Lindys Chick-fil-a and BoJangles and all of them are pretty good. but i always come here plus my 3 Yr. Old son gets to choose lol

The lady that was supposed to be taking our order at the menu box was on her cellphone. She was more interested in her conversation on the phone than getting my order correct!! However, the food was hot and fresh.

I LoVe ZaXby's........ If Only They Sold Whole Pieces Of Chicken. I Would Give FiVe Stars If They Could Drop The Price$ Some Tho! But Going Here Is Such A Treat. I'm So Ecstatic That They Reopened The Lobbies Who Doesn't Like Zaxby's?  But They Need To Work On Their Cole Slaw It Could Be So Much Better However......... :

The food is good as well as the customer, but constantly have throw pieces away due to feathers. They are so long & big I don’t know why the worker won’t just toss it; it’s disgusting to look at.

Good food. Good service. Only the soda machine doesn't seem to have a good taste on things.

This is literally the worst zaxby’s ever. Every time  I have to come to them they have messed something up. They don’t put salt on the fries and they rarely give you the zax sauce that is supposed to come with your meal. They also just throw things together any type of way. It’s really disgusting.
