So, went into the restaurant tonight because the drive thru was backed up. I was third in line and from the time my order was placed and the time I received my carry out order, it was 20 minutes later. In other words, the drive thru would have been much quicker. I typically give most restaurants a chance, but this is the second time that I’ve waited longer than 10 minutes. I do like Zaxby’s and the food is good, but it’s not worth the wait times. As other posters have mentioned, the wait times are the worst part of this particular location.

The food is good but this is my second time being here and they are slow. Both times I’ve waited at least 30 minutes for food. The bad thing is both times they weren’t even busy. There was no one in front of me tonight and it still took forever. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

I usually come here twice a week but I will no longer come to this zaxbys. I get the exact same order every time and always get a small 3oz cup of blue cheese for $.49 and the past two times they refuse to to that anymore. They want to charge me $1.50 for an 8oz cup. The manager (scottie I think) said that was the cheapest price and the only size he could give me. And that he couldn't help that other managers and associates were were giving it to us cheaper and 3oz.

We got soggy sandwiches and undercooked onion rings. Ask for a new batch of rings and got a burnt mess. The staff thought it was funny. Second bad experience here and we will never eat here again.

The past few times i have been here i has been awful! I stopped going to this location because I was having to wait a long time for my order, there were kids in drive thru goofing off, and my order has been wrong the past 3 or 4 times now. I gave it one more shot only to have a manger not honor his word with a coupon after approving it BEFORE i ordered, no apology for the mix up, then realize my food was wrong AGAIN! I walked back in and explained my order was wrong again and my how my previous experiences had been, and still no apology and being rude. He replaced it and while doing so i asked for the corporate number to call and make a complaint on him and got a rude reply of " we dont have a corporate office." I replied with how about a number for your general manager and after receiving my food and no number for his manager he said i could wait until she returned from the bank if I wanted to talk to her after the repeating problem. Needless to say I will definitely be speaking to a higher authority and will not be returning to this restaurant. Says a lot coming from another manager in the restaurant industry huh?!
