The service is amazing! ! Our cashier, Kyra, was so inviting and courteous. Such a pleasure to see her beautiful smile. Food was awesome!

That people that work there was awesome friendly very helpful and the food was great price is a little high but great food

Food is regularly served undercooked in exchange for faster service....even when you specifically ask and let them know you'll wait for the food to be done right.  Always wrong. Management doesn't give two flips, as they're there for a paycheck, and nothing more. Strongly advise you avoid this cesspool of a restaurant.  I've given them an abundance of chances to fix their screwups as the rest of the family still liked it...but no more. The fact that neither management nor corporate cares about the piss-poor service has turned me off all Zaxby's for good.
