Update: Friday Sept 22,2017 I don't know what's up with his restaurant. At my last review the food was great including the fries. This restaurant has a history of poor performance where French fries are concerned. They just can't seem to get it right consistently or seem to even care if they do. All their chicken products are cooked well.I just wish they could learn to season and thoroughly cook fries. COOKED FRIES MATTER! Food is always fresh and well cooked and they'll go out of their way to make sure your order is accurate and you are pleased with it!

Horrible service! It's like the staff didn't even care that there were customers in front of them wanting to order; instead they thought having a conversation in the corner about their plans for the weekend was more important...that's bad management on the managers part. There was no ice in the ice machine, ice tea was empty, and no ketchup.

The chicken on the salad was awful. Manager was very friendly but food and drinks were awful. We just threw it away and left.

Service was great! Food was fresh! Dinning Room could have been a little cleaner but besides that part, superb!

Thursday I decided to stop in Bainbridge and eat a salad at Zaxby’s since it was on my way to Tallahassee; I should have waited. The salad made me sick, the chicken was under-cooked, but I must admit the service itself was good. . . Too bad the food sucked.
