Food was excellent, good and fresh. Ms. Ann was on register, she was friendly, helpful and very professional. She recognized my husband as a vet. Thank you for your friendly personality

Will never step foot into this Zaxby's ever again. Rude and immature employees, management don't even care, just overall horrible. Manager don't even care for their employees and i know this because my girlfriend use to work there and she walked out because she couldn't take it anymore. 
If you're in need for a job or want to go to a chicken place to eat, look for somewhere else...

Always order the Buffalo Blue Salad!  Fantastic flavor!  I have never had a bad experience at Zaxby's

They were open the day after Hurricane Irma.  A nice hot meal

I'm not sure if it was just a bad day, barely anyone here. Still really slow service, waited about 10-12 minutes in drive thru. Finally got the food and they forgot all the sauces. Gave two stars instead of one because the food is still fire. #tonguetorch.
