I was very disappointed in my experience. The staff is very nice and my cleanings went fine but when I had to have a procedure, I experienced pain for months afterward. The doctor took no responsibility and did not listen carefully to my experience of pain. He also performed a procedure I didn't request, which resulted in damage to my teeth. Again, he took no responsibility and blamed it on my brushing technique. I've been brushing for decades, but I never had this experience of discoloration post-procedure.

I am glad to know Dr. Peter Zegarelli since 1999; I was new in Westchester and would like to share my case. My neighbor told me about DR Zegarelli that he is the best dentist they dealt with. When I first went to his office in Tarrytown for a check-up and take his opinion about having bridge in my lower right premolar. He took his time to explain all the procedures. During working my teeth. I am usually frightened about needles and it was done without pain. He provides quality work with a gentle touch. Dr. Zegarelli office staff and hygienist are exceptionally helpful. My wife and two children are not afraid of seeing our dentist yet personable service I highly DR Zegarlli for any dental work; I always say to him that you are the best dentist I have ever had. Simply stated, Dr. Zegarelli is everything you would want in a health care professional. Like his father, a former Dean of the Columbia University School of Dentistry, he is superbly educated and also teaches at that esteemed institution. He is the epitome of an expert professional in his knowledge, as well as his diagnostic and treatment abilities. Moreover, he is unfailingly attentive, kind, sensitive, and personable. He is a rare combination of expertise and character. Our family members have placed our trust in him for decades and we feel very fortunate to have him as our dentist.

Dr. Zegarelli has taken care of all my dental needs for over 30 years. I've found him to be professional, thorough and competent in dealing with any issues that I've had. He's also very personable, and always makes sure I'm informed about a procedure before he starts. No more guessing about what comes next. His staff are all friendly, helpful and very competent as well. Together with Dr. Z, they look to make your care as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Z to anyone who wants excellent dental care.
