Cleanest dealership I’ve ever been in ... showroom, waiting area, service & bathrooms. And choice of Starbucks coffee as we did the paperwork!

Excellent inventory. There were probably 4 or 5 cars that fit exactly what we wanted. The Finance person   Had it all yogether ... In and out quickly once we said ‘yes.’

Great Service! Drew Sims was fantastic. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and straight up a nice guy. Bert (sorry forgot your last name) in finance did a great job. Very quick even though being new to the job. Buying a car is never an easy task, but I would definitely recommend doing business with these guys. Facilities were clean, and very nice.

Victor Hernandez was a great salesman!!! I told Victor what I wanted and he worked very hard to make me a satisfied customer. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy which is awesome!! If you’re looking for a Nissan, I would definitely recommend going to see Victor Hernandez at Zeigler Nissan of Gurnee.

Ziegler Nissan is an excellent dealership.   I went into the service department to get the regular maintenance done on my maxima and they squeezed me in with no appointment.   They were fast and efficient and got me in and out.   Service advisor Tony was fantastic and service manger Kurt was a big help.

I’ve bought three cars from them and have all my service done through them as well. The purchase process has always been smooth - no hard sell or pressure, in and out with my new vehicle in just a few hours. After sale, the service department is stellar. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I’ve recommended them to many friends. I’ll never buy a car from anyone else, or take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.
