I sent my girl and her coworker into zen for a Swedis massage!!! Ms Mary was the worst ever she basically called my lady and co worker a fraud! After it was an issue with the certificate I sent her. She went ahead and paid cash! Only for MS Mary to tell her she called the cops and to be called rude names. Mind you she gave cash after the misunderstanding.

Beyond HORRIBLE. I would not even give this place one star. The service was poor from the minute I walked through the front door. I felt rushed and the guy (I believe his name was Daryl) rushed through the massage. I personally don't thing he was doing it as a professional; in fact I believe he is just massaging persons not because it is a craft he loves but more so because he probably could not find a job elsewhere. I WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO VISIT THIS PLACE, IT IS NOT A SPA!! There is no relaxation either.

Had a bad experience the first time I came here. I was desperate for a massage, so I figured I'd try to give this place a second chance. Well, I arrive at 6:30pm on a Thursday and all of the massage therapists have gone home. They don't close until 9. Should have known! Won't be back.

I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disappointed with their massage!  The price is excellent.  I have always been able to get an appointment.
