Great service. We made an appointment. Only $25 for a pedicure with everything I could want. Very reasonable. Right next to Ross and Copperfield's if you're inclined to go shopping for clothes or books after. Definitely coming back.

I've been been a repeat customer for about a year and a half and I think the service is good. Front desk lady has an attitude with my mom sometimes while she's trying to pay. But overall for the busy place that they are they are pretty nice. The only thing I have a problem with is that after about a week my nails will break and I can see through the polish right away. So basically I think they have very low quality cheap gel polish. Probably why they have over 50 colors to chose from. The only reason I go back is because my mom loves this place. If it was up to me I would go to any other place.

I've been a repeat customer at Zen Nails for a number of years, and it's always been a good experience.  While I do understand some of the reviews for disgruntled management, it has never caused my experience to be unpleasant. The technicians have always been friendly and I trust them to do a good job with my manicure/pedicure.  They often do get busy so drop-ins are hard to come by, so make sure to call ahead of time. Zen Nails is efficient, clean and not over-thought (my kinda place).

I went into Zen nails last weekend, the day before I was leaving for Disneyland. I went in with a picture of a simple Disney design that I wanted. It was a French with red/white polka dot tips and Minnie decal for the ring finger. They told me they did not "have time". So I left with boring French with red tips. I immediately went to Magnolia salon where they added the white polka dots and she freehanded Minnie on ring fingers. I will never go to Zen again. Magnolia nails is my new place!

The owner obviously hates her job or the clients. She is rude, and treats and speaks to the employees as if they are below her. The front desk young man was talking about how she hates her job while I was trying to pay...he used some cuss words with that statement. So unprofessional!  I don't need to go to a dysfunctional salon...I go to a salon to relax and get my nails done not to feel stressed out. Never again!!
