I got the 2 hour couples spa package with my boyfriend and enjoyed every minute of it. The spa room was clean and nicely decorated. The spa worked nicely with adjustable heat and after we could use the sauna. All around the room was large and the tub nicely fit two people. Afterwards our massages felt great. It was an all around nice experience and i will definitely be coming back.

Not relaxing, not professional. Go elsewhere, period. Wish I could give 0 stars. At the end of my massage a loud voice came over the intercom to tell the therapist to stop. She immediately stopped what she was doing and left the room. The manager then entered the room while I was undressed to tell me to hurry and get dressed or use this robe and get dressed in the bathroom. He then walked me through the lobby filled with people (while in my robe) to change in a bathroom. I still do not have the CMT number which was supposed to emailed to me two days ago.

This place looks really nice in the pictures but it's not. It's dirty and has mold and mildew smell everywhere and the towels smells so much like mildew I asked for 2 more sets and each set still smelled the same and left a lingering smell on us since we had to use the to dry off so we could leave asap.

Really Beautiful Atmosphere...Zen is a perfect name to call this place..I highly recommend zen springs over all the hot tub spots in the eastbay. The best part is that you can run your own water like a bath and use your own soaps. Its not like you are going in someone elses water. Its very clean and each room is very pretty....Please check it out..

We booked a couples massage & VIP suite last minute!
The massages were affordable & effective.  
Our spa suite was clean and superb.  
Moreover, their website is efficient & functional.
