It was an okay experience, but nothing I'd go out of my way for. The selection was pretty good but from what I bought, at least some of the teas are not the freshest. Aside from popular opinion, tea cannot be kept indefinitely. The seating is very limited and close and the place is a bit dark and old. I also wish they would put the weight of the tea in the package as well as the contents for their blends. That said, my matte was decent and the staff was friendly. This could be a really nice place with some modifications and attention to detail about the customer experience.

Drive by and saw this awesome place i had to go in .Many varieties and herbs to add to any tea you buy. It's a relaxing vibe and feeling well definitely continue to come.

My friends and I had a baby sprinkle here. Venue was ok, nothing fancy but good enough. The tea was ok. The finger sandwiches were terrible. The quiche was ok... taste like frozen stuff. The desserts were good. Scones and preserves delicious. We had a total of 11 people and our bill with gratuity was close to $400. I got over the terrible sandwiches and mediocre quiche. I gave this place a low score because Connie, our server... maybe even store manager had the worst attitude the whole time. Please get her the customer service training she needs. The place was empty. They wouldn't have made that money on an afternoon like that otherwise... I can't stand bad service. I hate writing this bad review but Connie was just rude.

Connie or whatever her name was (the girl who doesn't have the glasses) was very rude and condescending. She seemed very sarcastic and not interested in doing what her job dictates, which is to attend and inform us. All she did was view us as if we were beneath her.
