Tried out Zeppe’s for Sunday football game last Sunday. Ordered their Sunday special. 1XL pepperoni pizza with 1lbs boneless wings. I added pepperoni rolls as well. I ordered an online pick up order an hour and a half in advance. We went to pick it up on time and they were still finishing our pepperoni rolls. Once they were done, they realized they made a sausage pizza instead of a pepperoni, which they offered to remake.  Overall 30min of waiting time in a crowded space didn’t impress us.  After our poor initial experience, and unhappy review, Zeppe’s GM and store manager both reached out to us on our experience. Rather than give us the run around, they asked us to give them a second chance to make up for it. They have definitely redeemed themselves and more. We went with the family meal with a honey hot pizza, linguine with homemade meatballs, garlic twists and a salad. Photos included We were big fans of the honey hot pizza, and the meatballs were delicious! Our food was done on time and the restaurant atmosphere much improved from our last visit.  Zeppe’s has more than redeemed themselves and will be keeping our patronage. Thank you for showing us how much you value your customers experience!

My first time at Zeppes. I ordered a 6 slice cheese pizza and a half pound of crispy boneless sweet bbq chicken wings. They were extremely short staffed, only two people there. They kept their composure and kept pushing on. I brought my two year son with me and they had no problem with him playing in the lobby with a ball. Live 3 minutes away and will definitely be returning! Pizza is yummy and so are the wings! Great service!

The head chef of this place is a microwave, and the sous chef is the freezer. I have never had tortellini worse than what I was served. The side salad had more cheese than lettuce, and the best part of my meal was the garlic knot. Seating was slow, but my water was always full, which was nice. The interior looks like an Italian thrift store, with a menu to match. Don’t go here.

Our company does a good amount of business with Zeppes Pizza, and today I ordered a pizza for my team. The owner personally delivered it because they were short-staffed—just the kind of guy he is. I’ve got nothing but respect for him. I’ll definitely be ordering from here more often. If I could give 10 stars, I would. What a great guy!Food: 5/5

Absolutely amazing pizza! We got three thin crusts and two sets of boneless wings!  The sauce on the pizza was very sweet and flavorful.  The pizza crust was cooked perfectly and the cheese stayed on!

We live all the way out in Strongsville and zeppe's will always be our number one! Love the taste and quality of the food! Love the zig zag crust and the Clevelander pizzas by far the greatest Pizza in the world, if you love subs that's the one to have!! Fresh toppings too love the sausage! We also had some delivery issues with our GrubHub order but the owner Steve went above and beyond calling us, letting us know the driver disappeared and wanted to know where we are located at but unfortunately we are a little too far but the thought behind that was incredible! Extremely nice you can definitely tell he cares about his clientele!

This place has gone down hill. When you select “cook light” or whatever it is.. and it comes back dry, tasting like ash and way overdone, that’s different than asked. And then getting a bread appetizer and it’s not even golden brown, looks freezer burnt in sections because it’s got lighter white sections that look undercooked, with no garlic flavor.

Amazing staff, very laid back and fun vibes inside the establishment. Food is always on point! Good portions, good flavor, always hot!Food: 5/5

First time here. I loved the tasty flavors of their 8" Grilled Chicken Philly Sub. Chunks of tender white meat chicken, fresh Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, shredded Mozzarella, tossed with Olive Oil & a hint of Garlic. Mmm! Their crispy side Salad was refreshing for this HOT day. Nice little establishment. One complaint however - No Public Restrooms. What gives on that?

Small pizza with mushrooms it was hot and very good.  Good customer service.  Will be back. One of the better pizza places in NoRo.Food: 5/5
