If you are serious in getting in the best shape of your life ! You will not regret it Ryan Bentson is the best trainer and person you will ever meet . I have lost over 28 lbs in 8 weeks . I highly recommend this gym don't waste your time and 24hr or la fitness Ryan will push you to the limits with both training and dieting .

Zero Gravity Fitness is a great gym. I get trained there 3 times a week. I love it, I look forward to it every week. The guys there are so encouraging. They're supportive and they work hard to get you where you want to be. Im so healthy now. They provide great nutritional diet guides. Its a great environment to work out in. I highly recommend this place. I hated working out in front of everyone at LA fitness and this place gives you privacy.
