The office staff was very informative and helpful. During our phone call different options were explained clearly and we were given a  reasonable estimate.
Rusty came out to do our carpets. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain how to better care for our carpets and made helpful suggestions regarding ways to keep heavier traffic areas from wearing.  The price was consistent with what we were quoted on the phone.  Over all it was a very pleasant experience and now our home looks and smells very fresh and clean.

Personable young man, efficient - got right to work after going over projected cleaning.  Finished in time line provided. The cleaning is what I wanted - such a difference!  I am a person who wants clean carpets but not via toxic smells or residue. Your Company met my standards.

This was the second time I have had service and I just want to say, I love Zerorez! Not only was John friendly, polite, and ahead of schedule my carpets look amazing! My puppy had done a number on my master bedroom and I was afraid it may be ruined. John listened to all my concerns and suggested the best course of action. I came home from work and MY CARPET LOOK SO GOOD!! Stains and smell are gone and replaced with look-like-new carpet and a great smell! Thank you so much!

Such a positive and no-hassle experience! The technician was very personable and explained the process thoroughly as well as my options for any type of after care. Not to mention, I was able to make an appointment with only a days notice due to a change in moving plans. Will definitely recommend ZeroRez to friends/family and use again in the future.

A great guy came and was polite and knowledgeable about what he was going to do. He was careful about the walls and doors as he was moving around his hoses and equipment. He wore shoe covers on his shoes. I am very pleased with his work while at my home.
But the next day when everything was good and dry I was thrilled how clean my carpets looked. Mike was his name.
