Yes the scheduling you definitely need to plan ahead for as there are very popular and busy. The customer service was exceptional in regards to the scheduling, as well as the vehicle drop-off and pick-up. I have had the rust proofing, full body treatment as well as the diamond polish done annually for the past 4 years and every time it has been done extremely well. I am more than please and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Emailed them about rust proofing my truck. Never received a response but they were nice enough to start spamming me with their emails.

booked for a car detailing 3 weeks in advance for an upcoming vacation. WE called them the day of to make sure we were all set for drop off and were told he could no longer do it that day and forgot to call us. Worst business ever. Do not go there.

Worst experience ever.  Had my brand new horse trailer undercoated.  The undercoat was thick in spots, did not follow body lines, sprayed things that did not need to be sprayed, and a lot of over spray that I found when i took the trailer home.  A DIY could have done a better job.  Very unprofessional when brought to the owners attention and the owner was not willing to work with me at all.  My expectations were too high the owner said.  Will never do business with Ziebart anywhere.  The whole ordeal was a disaster and a waste of money.
