I recently took my 2001 Ford Excursion to this location for rust treatment and new undercoating.  The work was neatly done and finished on time.  The price was what I was quoted.  I'll be going back annually to have them inspect my vehicle.  I found the owner and staff to be quite friendly.

I went to Ziebart to discuss under coating my 2002 Toyota truck which had just had the frame replaced by Toyota because I wanted to assure myself of no additional problems going forward. After a discussion with the owner he took me into the shop and I meet the technician performing the work and we discussed what we saw left that need to be treated. The technician took a wire brush and knocked off some of the questionable rust then went to work. The job looks fabulous and I felt the technician went above and beyond his duties. Afterwards I spoke with Steve the owner and had the outside of the vehicle done as well so I will be protected for the winter. Steve being a complete professional even helped me with cost and didn't have too.  I will recommend this establishment to all my friends and theirs as well and hope to be a loyal customer for a long time because they care about their work.

All I can say is having my custom Chevy Silverado HD2500 undercoated at this location was a huge mistake.  I have lots of chrome and custom lighting and they made a complete mess of my truck. There was an unbelievable amount of overspray on the entire vehicle when I came to pick it up. When I dropped my truck off I even expressed my concern that the truck was recently detailed and with all the chrome and custom lights to be sure to tape up the truck to eliminate overspray of the undercoating. They did attempt to clean it up, but I got so frustrated because they are undercoating guys, NOT detail guys and just removed the bulk areas. Since I like to have a nice truck, it needs to be completely detailed again which is $225 plus the detail in removing the excess undercoating they didnt get. With all the undercoating in the body lines, trim seams, chrome and lights it will be hours of detail just to to the clean up. In addition, my windows where a smeared mess driving home when I hit the wipers thinking it was a dirty film. I would not recommend this company to anyone who has a nice vehicle. I will spend almost as much to have the truck cleaned after they messed it up as I did to have it undercoated. Very disappointed customer who will share my story to a lot of people. Its unfortunate that I could not trust my truck with a national chain to be done properly.

Owner is VERY rude, immature & extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
