I've lived in Zimmerman since 2004 and found Zimmerman Floral back in the beginning. I've used them for everything from births to funerals and have never had a bad experience.
Recently, some sort of delivery mishap occurred resulting in a birthday bouquet arriving at my wife's workplace in less than perfect presentation condition. I stopped by the store to show Ruth what happened and I was overwhelmed by her reaction. She 1st refunded me the full purchase and delivery costs followed by a  bouquet at least twice what I initially ordered and refused to take any payment. Above and Beyond, for sure!
