I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service I experienced at Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon. I think Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon is very racists and despicable place. I went to Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon on 1/18/18 at about 12 noon and was “not” greeted when I walked in the door.  I stood at the counter for over a minute.  Some other people came into Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon soon after I did and they were immediately greeted by some of the staff there.  The people who walked in after me were of Caucasian decent or looked white.  I am a Beautiful Black women.  I will not ever subject myself to such cruelty again and I will never return to this negative place at Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon.  It is such a shame that I have had such a horrifying experience in Rancho Cordova CA in 2018.  But I realize this is about them - Zinfandel Hair & Nail Salon - and not about me.

They do NOT like BLACK people. I had an appointment vset they all walked around me and ignored me. I also asked to straighten my hair they told me they dont do my type of hair... So screw these hethans

Very hit or miss. When you get something that is done well, make sure to ask for that person from then on. I have had wonderful and terrible waxes here. I used to go here for my nails often but then a couple times it was so bad I had to take it off after a day or two.

I used to think they were great but after leaving today with one tiny eyebrow (because she "likes them small") and one normal eyebrow, I am looking elsewhere.

WORST PLACE EVER! Asked for coffin shape ALLLLL nails weren't straight. Asked for diamond design right hand was fine, left so so bad I just wanted them to take it off. All the diamonds were on top of each other wasn't neat and let's not even talk about the nail polish. It was so bad that I just had them take it off. I had another lady take over when she was shaping them but even she did a horrible job. Never again will I return and I DO NOT recommend anyone else to come because you will be disappointed.
