This is by far the worst experience with a banking institution. We opened our business accounts and it took them a month to respond to our request to have all our signature card complete it in their system and in the meantime having access to our funds was always a pain.  Never sent us debit cards, not even our account number on a little piece of paper. Ultimately after almost 2 months Nick (one of the bankers) came to visit with us at our business location. He was asking for some signatures on some papers, which we had already signed before. We gave them notice at that moment that we were closing the account with them. I told him that I was going to come that day to sign and withdraw the money. I couldn’t make it that day so the day after he sent a FedEx with the remaining funds on a couple of cashiers checks and closed the account without our signatures. Beware of Nick. A complete douche!!! I came over to exchange those checks today because they made them payable to the wrong payee and now since the accounts are closed he did not want to help me claiming he had to “legally” close the account cause one of the partners did not sign all the paperwork (of course he had but again they never input all the paperwork and info appropriately) not to mention they were now cashiers checks and not in our closed account anymore, meaning my money is in their own accounts and changing the payee was just decent customer service. Again, beware of their horrible customer service and their unprofessionalism towards organization.

OMGosh!! Wait times are ridiculous!! Sat for 20 minutes with no cars moving through the line. Started to worry that something bad was happening inside. Finally I get to the window and there is 1 teller working drive-up. 2 or 3 others standing around in the lobby. Mismanagement at it's worse. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I don't normally take the time to give negative reviews but this was extreme

Always a wait regardless if there are other customers. Average wait time is usually about 10+ minutes. I'm not sure if it's just cause they are slow or not enough tellers?

Absolutely ridiculous wait times in the drive-up. There were 3 of 4 lanes open, each 3 deep when I arrived and it took 1 HOUR to get through! I will never go back to this branch. Huge waste of time!

Worst bank ever!!! Drive up window plan you can plan on at least 5 min per car wait! Only twice out of 7 months being there has it ever gone faster. This is no exaggeration. They have messed up on my account 6 times in 7 months and had to call me later in the day to get it taken care of. This consisted of me having to go back a couple times. I will never deal with them again. It seems to that every time they mess up its on a transaction of 1000+. Seriously what else can go wrong. Don't have time to keep doing this and don't have the time to go over the numbers over and over again.
