The worst service ever.
Even they have nice people that doesn't count, what counts is that is fast and also the ATM works.
Most of the time the ATM doesn't work and they make you wait longer times.
Never zions again

Things happen, people have to follow policies, I get it.  The manner in which they pushed these policies--freezing my account three times, then telling ME that MY signature is incorrect and needs to change--is just all unprofessional, I have a very mundane signature.  The banker was very bossy and impatient from the moment I sat down--I tend to make it a goal to lighten peoples' mood when they are in a customer service roll, I couldn't get anything positive out of this employee.  Ultinately: Poor policies, poor execution, poor management. I am seeing a similar trend throughout Zions as a whole, I am slowly moving my banking away entirely from Zions.

Love this location. The staff is really nice and always helpful.

Excellent service. In and out in three to five minutes anytime I need to deposit a paycheck.

This is the absolute worst bank in Utah. Zero customer service, rude employees, the bank manager is rarely there. Just a horrible place to bank if you value being treated like a customer.
