Always something broken here....this time the hanging towels aren't moving so they just scrape off the soap (that thing is supposed to move side-to-side when you go under it) AND the roller brush that cleans the top of your car isn't working.
Result=$10 spent and sides look great, the top/hood/trunk....not so much.
Fix this place please, it used to be worth it.

I tried to block my concurring charges to cancel my membership to this Car wash, no one answers the phone and Costco Credit card does not BLOCK Concurrent charges even if they issue you a new card.  My stern advice is NEVER, NEVER give your credit card to this company EVER.

One of the worst place.
They charged 15dollars and machine stopped inside th wash. Guy showed up after 5 mins and asked me to back up all the way... He was surely cussing thinking I can't hear. Once again the drama continue s.. machine stopped in between the wash... Another 5 mins , I was out. When I complaint,  kid with board is saying.. it's machine .. I can't do anything..Ok..why is this fellow working g there. After a lot of aurgument, they let me in side the wash area one more time.. came out all the foam was right in the car..
Tried two vaccums also.. nothing works.. asked the fellow, he said he can't help.. he got someone else waiting . So you lose my business. Byee

Love this place in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent wash always.
