Went there for the first time because we had a lot of clothes, and they were cheap. Not only did they lose some of our clothes, the clothes we got back were not cleaned well. You get what you pay for. The service is extremely fast and cheap, but you may not get all your clothes back.

I went to Zips for 2 reasons. I needed to have my all lace wedding gown dry cleaned after I had left it in the closet for a year. The hemline was essentially black and green from the grass and dirt of my outdoors picnic wedding. The second garment I brought was a bridesmaid dress I needed to have altered for a friend's wedding. I am blown away by the results for both of my dresses.
The wedding gown had been neglected and sitting in my closet for a year with all the sweat, dirt, and grass stains set in. I felt certain they would never come out. When I brought it in, they said no problem and said it would be ready in 2 days. When I picked it up, the dress looked brand new. It looked like it had when I first bought it. They were able to remove all of the stains without ruining the delicate lace that covers the entire dress.
The bridesmaid's dress I needed to have altered because the store I had purchased it from measured me incorrectly, had a no-return policy, and was very expensive for alterations. I brought it in to Zips, and the seamstress there right away knew how to take it in the easiest and cleanest way. She was able to alter away the 4 excess inches at the back of the dress as well as fix the hemline. The dress took a week to alter and now fits like a glove.
 All I can say is that they will definitely have my business, and I will be telling everyone I can about this experience.

The management at this location is very poor and they have no follow up.  I had a suit jacket damaged and they took over a month to let me know they were not going to do anything.  The store manager was extremely rude and did not care about me as a customer.  You cannot get someone from corporate on the phone.  I have never seen such incompetence.  Don't take your dry cleaning here!

Prices are a little cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. Clothes are barely cleaned and sometimes even with wrinkled, which I can't understand. customer service could also be improved!

Worst dry cleaners I've ever experienced. The staff are extremely unprofessional and know absolutely nothing about "customer service". My clothes came back wrinkled, and a white dress shirt now looks like it was washed with colored clothes. It is completely ruined and they did nothing to resolve the matter! I had a belt tied in a knot around a suit jacket and it was returned the same way, with no pressing or anything. I do not know what their actual process is to clean clothes, but nothing seems to really be "clean" and certainly not pressed. I wouldn't pay them another quarter to clean any of my clothes!
