I would never recommend them to anyone they bull****ed money and the tenants were head responsible for it so now everyones rent is higher and being billed with numbers that dont add up

This company for the most part, gave me no problems. Mainly dealt with Mike Lyons, who was always professional. We just vacated our rental after 3 years, and cleaned for a week in order to get the deposit money back. Was worried after reading some of the negative reviews. Not the case here. Very happy to say the hard work paid off. They returned the entire deposit!! And much sooner than 30 days. Thank you :) Would definitely recommend!

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING is done about noise complaints from neighbors who are very disrespectful past reasonable hours and even during the day, my unit SHAKES due to ridiculous bass and to where my son cannot even do anything in his room. It is EXTREMELY RUDE for a manager to expect a tenant to go to another tenants unit and ask them to turn something down or stop doing something. That is the MANAGERS job, not mine. It is asking for trouble and ultimately putting a tenant in danger. How is this acceptable? Its not, and they should have enough knowledge to know this. I dont care how much rent is or who is up to date or who is behind, they still have a JOB to do, and they do not do it. We have stated numerous times that there are things that need to be fixed and not one bit of it is fixed after 9 months of residency.

Do not rent from these worse people in history they dont want to fix anything all they want is they're money and they want on time or get out. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
